Note:  The dates of the workshops have changed. 

The next two workshops will be held on November 2 and 9.  Jay Coggins will lead a series of workshops for all graduate students on managing the job market.  The series will be aimed both at students who plan to be on the market this year and at students who are a year or two away.  One can't begin planning too early.

The sessions will be held in 119 COB from 10:00 to 11:30. 

• The second session covers the search process from the department's perspective and, closely related, how to handle interviews. 
• The third  session will be led by Professors Glewwe and Roe and will cover the markets at USDA, IFPRI, the World Bank, and other public institutions.
