Admissions Timeline
Our program accepts applications and admits students on a year-round basis, but nearly all funding decisions are made between the beginning of January and the end of April. Applicants who wish to be considered for financial assistance should have all their application materials to the Department by December 15, so their files will be complete and ready for evaluation by the end of December. Evaluation of completed applications begins in early January. We are not able to do preliminary evaluations. Applications are reviewed by the Graduate Committee after the application procedures are completed.
